Just because you are the CEO or a manager you might be given some deference, but are you really a leader? In politics and business men are still mostly in leadership. In churchy matters women might be in the majority in caring for the sick and belonging to sodalities, but when it comes to leadership e.g. on the PPC, we do still find a higher proportion of men. But that is changing and the issue of leadership has cultural dimensions too that we need to take into consideration.“
