RIP Pope Francis.

April 26.  Saturday of Easter Week.  “How often have I told you, shown you, nagged you and how often are you so thick you just don’t understand or choose not to understand.”   They hadn’t really started their family faith sharing yet and of course Percy would not have talked to his younger brother like that if they had.  Aunt Norah was clever to use the opportunity to say that Jesus must also have felt frustrated and irritated at times with the “thickness” of the disciples.  “Do we really always try hard enough to understand what we need to know and what others are trying to say.,” she added.

Social love is a reflection of the Trinity. The family lives its spirituality precisely by being at one and the same time a domestic church and a vital cell for transforming the world. AL 324.  JUBILEE:   May the Christian community always be prepared to defend the rights of those who are most vulnerable, opening wide its doors to welcome them, lest anyone ever be robbed of the hope of a better future. May the Lord’s words in the great parable of the Last Judgement always find an echo in our hearts: “I was a stranger and you welcomed me” for “just as you did it to one of the least of these my brothers and sisters, you did it to me” (Mt 25:35.40).  SNC 13.  Choose an appropriate action.
