Just because you are the CEO or a manager you might be given some deference but are you really a leader? In politics and business men are still mostly in leadership. In churchy matters women might be in the majority in caring for the parish needs, visiting the sick and belonging to sodalities, but when it comes to leadership e.g. on the PPC it is changing but we do still find a higher proportion of men.
