November 3rd.   Bryan shared at a small gathering. “Family breakdown happens for a variety of reasons.   A hurting marriage relationship may end in divorce which is an experience of loss for all concerned spouses and children as well as parents too.  How often are attempts made to find one another again? I know that programmes exist for this and reconciliation will take work on both sides, both will need to repent too of their own contribution to the breakdown but the joy in a reconciled family is a great gift to celebrate.  

Scripture: What man of you, having a hundred sheep if he has lost one of them, does not leave the 99 and go after the one which is lost until he finds it? Luke 15: 1-10.  Pope Francis:  Joy grows through pain and sorrow. After suffering and struggling together in a hurting marriage  spouses are able to experience that it was worth it, because they achieved some good, learned something as a couple or came to appreciate what they have.
